Security Practices
In order to ensure Data Protection of Myadvisor.sg's prospects, we apply the following measures: authentication and access controls (such as good password practices, need-to-basis for data disclosure), encryption of data, data anonymisation, up-to-date antivirus protection, regular patching of operating system and other software, secure erasure of storage media before disposal, web security measures against risks, and usage of OTP / 2FA / MFA to secure access. Security reviews and testing are performed regularly.
Personal Data
An individual who (a) has contacted us through any means to find out more about any goods or services we provide, or (b) may, or has, entered into a contract with us for the supply of any goods or services by us.
Data, whether true or not, about a customer who can be identified: (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.

Data Protection Notice
This Data Protection Notice ("Notice") sets out the basis which Myadvisor.sg ("we", "us", or "our") may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA").
As used in this Notice, "customer" means an individual who contacts us or enters into a contract with us; "personal data" refers to identifiable data such as name, address, email, date of birth, financial data, etc.
Collection, Use and Disclosure
We only collect your personal data with your consent, or where legally permitted. Data may be collected directly or via authorised representatives.
We may use it to perform services requested by you, verify identity, respond to queries, and manage your relationship with us.
We may disclose your data as needed to fulfill service obligations. These purposes may continue to apply even after your relationship with us ends.
Deemed Consent by Notification
We may notify you if your personal data is used for a secondary purpose. This includes marketing-related activities.
We will assess impact and give you a chance to opt out before proceeding.
After the opt-out period, you may still withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us.
Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent in writing or via email to our DPO. We will process your request within 5 business days.
Depending on your request, we may no longer be able to provide services. You may also cancel the withdrawal.
This does not affect our right to process data where legally allowed without consent.
Access and Correction of Data
You may request access or correction of your personal data. A reasonable fee may apply for access requests.
We generally respond within 2 business days. If longer, you will be informed in writing.
If we cannot fulfill the request, we will state the reason (unless exempted by law).
Protection of Personal Data
We protect personal data using administrative, technical, and physical security measures including encryption, anonymisation, antivirus software, and MFA.
No method is fully secure, but we continuously review and improve our security practices.
Accuracy of Personal Data
We rely on your updates to keep data accurate and current. Please notify our DPO of any changes to your personal information.
Retention of Personal Data
We retain personal data only as long as needed for business or legal purposes.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Transfers Outside Singapore
We typically do not transfer personal data abroad. If we do, we ensure proper safeguards as required by the PDPA.

This Notice works alongside existing agreements or consent forms.
It may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of changes.
