Terms and Conditions for Myadvisor.sg App

Welcome to Myadvisor.sg! These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of our software ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

By using this App, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

Myadvisor.sg is designed to gamify financial education and to offer tools for advisory services, helping users engage with financial planning concepts and connect with a financial advisor.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing personal details such as your name, email, and contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&Cs.

We collect and process personal data following our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

You consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

You can request data deletion by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at mandy.tan@myadvisor.sg.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes.
• Share false or misleading information.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App.
• Upload viruses or harmful content that may disrupt App functionality.

The App may offer quizzes, challenges, and referral incentives as part of the gamification experience.

Rewards, if applicable, are subject to availability and terms set by Myadvisor.sg.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or terminate any gamification features without prior notice.

The App provides general financial education and should not be considered as personalized financial, investment, or legal advice.

Any financial consultation offered through the App is provided by licensed financial advisors and is subject to separate agreements.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or investment returns.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services for educational or marketing purposes.

We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or transactions conducted outside the App.

Myadvisor.sg and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

We are not responsible for financial losses, errors, or reliance on information provided through the App.

All content, trademarks, logos, and features within the App are owned by Myadvisor.sg or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these T&Cs or engage in unauthorized activities.

Users who engage in fraudulent activities will be permanently banned and may be reported to authorities.

We may update these T&Cs at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in Singapore.
